It is important that you read the terms and conditions below before booking a party with Dream Catchers Teepee and Party Events.

General
“The Company” "We" is Cloud Nine Adventures.
“The Client” is the person who books the Equipment or utilizes Company services.
“The Equipment” means the teepees and furnishings provided by the Company for the use of the Client.
Party items damage/lost or stolen
Any damages or lost/stolen rental equipment will incur a cost equal to its replacement. We reserve the right to exit immediately due to illegal activity or rude and disrespectful clients. You will be charged the full price for the party.
Liability to third parties
The business will not be held responsible for accidental damage caused by your guests. We assume no responsibility or liability for accidents or damage caused during your party. Additionally, we will not be liable for claims for personal injury or death while using our equipment during your hire period. The items are made for children and customers have a duty of care and supervision when using the equipment during the term of use.
Environment
A non-smoking environment must be provided at all times during the teepee rental. Please do your best to keep pets away from the teepees. Food, drinks, shoes, pets, nail polish, sand, slime, and any other detrimental constituents are prohibited inside the teepee.
Checklist
A checklist of the rental items and any additional items at the time of the delivery will be provided and verified by the client and the business. It is the client’s responsibility to return all the items that are checked in as received condition the next day.
Photography and social media
Ownership
All equipment remains at all times the property of Cloud Nine Adventures.
Privacy
The Company will never pass on, sell or distribute Client information to any third party.
Copyright
All material on the Cloud Nine Adventures website and on social media pages including photographs, design, layout and graphics are owned by the Company and are copyrighted. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Some images used may be stock photos of items available.
Other
The Company reserves the right to amend their website and these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any questions about these Terms and Conditions may be directed to cloudnineadventures204@gmail.com
Booking Policy
- Additional tents or services may be added, if they are available. They cannot be subtracted after the initial booking. We will not set up a party if full payment has not been made.
- Any lightly damaged or stained property will result in a charge of $50. Any severely damaged, lost or stolen items will result in a fee equal to its replacement. This could include, but is not limited to, spillage of fluids, food, pen marks, nail polish, vomit, other stains and unpleasant odors including cigarette smoke. If rental equipment is not available at time of pick-up, we reserve the right to charge for an additional night.
- The Client will be available or have a representative 18+ years of age to accept delivery of the Equipment and be present at pick up.
- Cancellations can be made at least 30 days prior to the party date and a full refund minus deposit will be given.
- Cancellations after 29 days to 14 days from party, will result in a 50% refund.
- Cancellations after 7 days from party, will result in a 0% refund.
- If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your new date within 90 days of original party date.
