What areas do you serve?
We are happy to execute your event at the location of your choosing. However, please be advised that you are responsible for all fees associated with a different location. (e.g., a hotel or clubhouse) Should the venue you choose happen to deny us access, your payment will be forfeited except for your deposit, which will be returned.
DELIVERY
Delivery is included within 25 miles from zip code 24551. When available, 25-50 miles is a $50 charge.
Client has to be present for set up.
Do you have themes for boys and girls?
We have themes for both girls and boys, and themes that can be mixed. Subject to availability.
Do you offer custom themes?
Yes!
We would love to work with you on a custom theme but ask that you contact us at least 3 weeks in advance so that we have time to purchase desired materials.
When is the final payment due?
The final payment is due 1 week prior to the date of the event. If payment is not received or the date is not changed, the security deposit will be forfeited.
What is a damage deposit?
A refundable fee returned after inspection of rental equipment. If damages occur, an itemized list will be sent and any leftover deposit will be refunded. Due with final payment 1 week before the event.
How far in advance should i book my party?
Parties should be booked at least 2-3 weeks in advance. If booked within 1 week, the full balance is due at booking. For custom or parties of 10 or more, please contact us at least 3 weeks in advance. Depending on current bookings, we may be able to accomodate parties in advance of the 3 week minimum booking period.
What if i need to cancel my party?
Parties can be rescheduled for a later date. Security deposit is non-refundable but transferable. If canceled within 7 days, funds are only transferable or 50% refundable.
Are sleeping pillows/blankets provided?
Our pillows are for decorative purposes only. Each guest will need to provide their own sleeping pillows for hygiene purposes. Throw blankets are included, however guests may want to bring additional blanketsfor comfort purposes.
How does booking a teepee party work?

- Pick your theme
- Choose any add-on packages
- Complete the contact/inquiry form on the website
- Receive a party proposal by email
- Pay deposit to hold your date
- Sign your contract

Can i add or remove teepees at last minute?
We’ll do our best to accommodate additions (subject to availability). Reductions are okay, but the original booking fee remains.
How long is the rental period?
Typically 24 hours. Duration may vary based on your arrangement.
How long do you need to set up?
Setup takes 1–3 hours depending on the number of teepees, party location, stairs, and theme.
What can i do to prepare for setup?
Make sure the area is clean, pet-free, and as open as possible. Move as much furniture as you can.
How is the equipment cleaned?
All materials are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use.
What happens if there is damage to one of the teepees or accessories
Accidents happen. Please be honest with us and let us know. The cost for broken/damaged items are listed out in our terms and conditions. Payment is due at time of pickup. Thank you for your understanding and care
Do you have hypoallergenic options?
Yes. We use non-fragrant, hypo allergenic detergent on all bedding to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests.
What if we have pets?
We love pets, but please keep them off the teepees to prevent damage to the air mattresses and fabrics.
Can i have my party in a Hotel and Clubhouse?
While we don’t accommodate hotel parties, we are happy to set up at a clubhouse. Reach out to discuss your space!
Can i have my party in my back yard?
Yes! Outdoor teepee sleepovers are amazing. A $100 outdoor setup fee applies to cover extra equipment prep.
